Delivery

We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within one working day and deliver them within 4 working days. 

We offer a doorstep delivery with 'The DX' and tracking will be provided via email.

All items arrive flat-packed and require assembly; instructions & fixings are included.

If the product is advertised as a 'pre-order', it will be dispatched once available, and you will be notified via email as it leaves us.

Warranty & Returns

We offer a one-year warranty against manufacturing defaults across our entire range; This includes faulty design, materials, or workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by wear and tear, which includes damage caused by animals, weather or where the item has been modified.

You are welcome to return any unused, unopened item within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind. Where we arrange collection, a small collection charge is applied.

Any item delivered with a fault or damage should be reported within 7 working days, and we will endeavour to find an acceptable solution as quickly as possible.

Maintenance

All of our outdoor pet homes arrive ready to be positioned outside once assembled and are pre-treated with a water-based preservative. We advise a yearly maintenance routine which includes checking latches and mesh for security and applying a layer of water-based wood preservative.

By adequality caring for and maintaining your pet home, you can expect the most extended lifespan possible, and you will ensure your pets are kept as safe as possible.

 The Feel Good UK Chest rabbit hutch is a stylish wooden hutch designed with tongue and groove panels, and your rabbit's comfort and security as a priority. The hutch features a heavy-duty lift-up roof and three access doors. The integrated run is covered in secure wire mesh and can be accessed from a ground-height pop-hole. The wooden chicken coop can also add a wooden extension pen for additional run space.

Not the best design

There is no roof on the run area and this makes it difficult to clean, especially as my rabbit likes to use the furthest corner in the run as his toilet corner.
The door catches are temperamental and I have to have bricks in front of the doors to stop my rabbit opening them from the inside.
It would be nice to have more inside dry area and a wider shelf for my rabbit to fit on

The hutch was great for two bunny rabbits. However we did need to make a couple of alterations. We added better locking mechanisms as the catch’s provided were temperamental, and as it was used for rabbits, we added extra mesh to the bottom of the run to protect against too much digging. The staff were really helpful when we needed to cancel the extension part we ordered.

My rabbits love this… only 4 stars because there are a few issues!

I bought this for my rabbits because I wanted them to be able to run around and have ample shelter from the rain too. It’s a great size, I bought the extension run too and I think that’s essential if you’re using this for chickens or rabbits, they need space to move and run around. There were some issues though, one of the top panels of the extension run was missing from the box, I contacted the company and no one got back to me. I’ve used plywood to cover the gap for the time being. The door locks are poor quality, I’ve bought different ones and fitted those. I’ve also added turn locks on the top that lifts to ensure that it’s secure and I’ve added turn locks to all of the doors on the hutch and run. I’ve also added a hideaway box for the rabbit in the hutch, it sits on the shelf normally used for nesting, it’s stuffed with soft hay and they sleep in there at night. I’ve bought a cover for the run from omlet and it fits perfectly and gives them protection from the rain and shade when it’s really sunny. I would recommend this, but would also recommend making a few changes to make it safe and secure. Customer service is pretty poor though, they haven’t ever responded to my emails!

Perfect for rabbits

We were recommended to buy a chicken coop instead of a tradition hutch for the 2 rabbits we have rehomed. We bought this and the extension, attaching just half of the extension as we have a smaller garden. IT is perfect for our rabbits, the hutch is cosy and the run is ideal with the extension. It was straightforward to assemble, the video guidance is perfect and helps no end. Any questions I had were quickly answers, great customer service too. Thank you!

ESSENTIAL FEATURES: The solid wooden framed Chester chicken coop is made with attractive tongue and groove panels. It includes an internal twin section nesting box, a heavy duty roof, 2 x roosting perches, ventilation holes and easy clean slide out tray.

FUNCTIONAL DESIGN: The internal hen nest box features two nesting sections and can be accessed by the lift up roof for easy collection of fresh eggs as well as making it easy to clean. The roof lifts up fully and the slide out galvanised tray below the house section helps to ensure the coop is easily and thoroughly cleaned.

PET PRIORITY: Keeping your chickens happy is top of our list when it comes to the design of our coops. The Chester Chicken Coop features 2 internal roosting perches with plenty of space to sleep at night. The run is accessed at ground level which some birds may prefer and can be shut off at night.

PEST & PREDATOR SECURE: All woodwork is Jointed, Sanded and Screwed and is finished in an attractive tongue and groove style. Secure wire mesh and latches features throughout to keep birds safe from predators.
