We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within one working day and deliver them within 4 working days.
We offer a doorstep delivery with 'The DX' and tracking will be provided via email.
All items arrive flat-packed and require assembly; instructions & fixings are included.
If the product is advertised as a 'pre-order', it will be dispatched once available, and you will be notified via email as it leaves us.
Warranty & Returns
Warranty & Returns
We offer a one-year warranty against manufacturing defaults across our entire range; This includes faulty design, materials, or workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by wear and tear, which includes damage caused by animals, weather or where the item has been modified.
You are welcome to return any unused, unopened item within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind. Where we arrange collection, a small collection charge is applied.
Any item delivered with a fault or damage should be reported within 7 working days, and we will endeavour to find an acceptable solution as quickly as possible.

Maintenance
Maintenance
All of our outdoor pet homes arrive ready to be positioned outside once assembled and are pre-treated with a water-based preservative. We advise a yearly maintenance routine which includes checking latches and mesh for security and applying a layer of water-based wood preservative.
By adequality caring for and maintaining your pet home, you can expect the most extended lifespan possible, and you will ensure your pets are kept as safe as possible.
- Slide out galvanised tray for easy cleaning.
- Two access doors to the front and a sliding door to the run so the hutch can be secured at night.
- Felted roof with ridges for water runoff.
- Tongue and Groove construction throughout.
- Secure wire mesh and latches to help keep your pets secure from predators.
- Flat packed with all fittings and instructions.
- Wire mesh is approx 1.2cm square
The Feel Good U.K Bunny Ark Hutch and Run provide a secure and stable home for both rabbits and Guinea pigs, complete with a double-tier design for extra space and a slide-out galvanised tray for easy cleaning. It has a felted roof so it is fully weatherproof, and predators are kept at bay by the secure mesh and latches. There is an extension pen available which provides a larger run space for the times you are unable to allow your rabbit full access to your garden.

This hutch is brilliant for my rabbit! Well worth the money! It will be only used for spring/summer as my rabbit will be in house for the colder months!
Love the look of this hutch, it's just so cute! But after having this for a few weeks now, it's a struggle to clean out, the doors just aren't big enough to get in and clean properly. It would have been five stars if one side of the lid lifted up to enable me to get into all the corners a lot better.
Really pleased with my hutch and run. Great customer service when I had a question after delivery. Would highly recommend!
Received the hutch.. thought it was good value for money and quick with delivery. However compared to the hutch I was replacing, it was extremely short. Even with the extension of the run I also purchased, the whole entire hutch is very small.
The ladder is very steep and there is no height for the rabbits to stretch up. Fairly disappointed with the overall hutch.
Bought ours several years ago. It's done very well having been outside the entire time. Looking for a new base tray though as the metal has now rusted and is coming away.

ESSENTIAL FEATURES: Our solid wooden framed rabbit hutch features tongue and groove panels, a secure outside run area, ridged access ramp, sliding access door between house and run for securing overnight, weatherproof felted roof panels and easy clean slide out tray.
FUNCTIONAL DESIGN: The slide out galvanised cleaning tray in the house section helps to ensure the hutch is easily and thoroughly cleaned. Multiple locking doors allow you to access the hutch and run easily when changing bedding, food and water. The rabbit run area has a sold roof panel for additional weather protection.
PET PRIORITY: Keeping your pet rabbits happy is priority when it comes to the design of our hutches. The Bunny Ark model features a cosy and dark hutch area to sleep at night and for them to shelter away when they require it in the day. An outside run to safely hop around, the run has a locking door that can be left open if you want to provide a free range option throughout the day. Rabbits require a significant amount of space to excersise daily, this should be carefully considered when buying your hutch. If you will not be able to supervise them hopping freely in the garden (which they require) then we advise looking at setting your hutch in a large run to allow them space to hop freely whilst also beign safe and secure.
PEST & PREDATOR SECURE: The raised hutch area helps to keep the hutch area dry and free of pest. All woodwork is Jointed, Sanded and Screwed and is finished in an attractive tongue and groove style. Secure wire mesh and latches features throughout to keep rabbits safe from predators.
SIZE & EXTRAS: Overall Width 150cm x Overall Depth 66cm x Overall Height 100cm an added Extension run is available which can significantly increase the run space if you are not able to offer a hop range option. A roll up weather cover is also available for this model.

I’m so pleased with it …it arrived the next day and is really sturdy and very easy to put together …it’s really roomy inside I only have two chickens but you could easily fit 5/6

This was really easy to put together and seems strong and good quality. Brilliant value for money.
Can genuinely recommend this. Our free-ranging hens have really taken to the small hide house as their nest box. Buying another, so they don’t have to queue when they want to lay. Very smart design, which means we can check for eggs without difficulty. And - once tethered - it copes with our occasional strong winds, too.
Delivery was quick, cage erected as per the plan. Except I fitted the door to open on the left, so the two door catches that are supplied are on back to front, could do with being interchangeable. No big deal the cage went to get her very easy. Bought to stop birds and squirrels getting at our veg and fruit patch.

All good. My only feedback would be that the Velcro tab nearest the door latch is on the wrong place. Everything else from service to quality looks good so far.
