We deliver small parcels with Royal Mail.
If you have ordered this item along with a larger product they will be delivered together via courier. We use The DX and tracking will be emailed to you on its dispatch.
If the product is advertised as a 'pre-order' it will be dispatched once available and you will be notified via email as it leaves us.

You are welcome to return any unused, unopened item within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind. Where we arrange collection, a small collection charge is applied.
Any item delivered with a fault or damage should be reported within 7 working days, and we will endeavour to find an acceptable solution as quickly as possible.

I’m so pleased with it …it arrived the next day and is really sturdy and very easy to put together …it’s really roomy inside I only have two chickens but you could easily fit 5/6
It’s really easy to clean out and has great little bolts and knobs that turn
I’ve added the extension run to mine making more room outside for them

This was really easy to put together and seems strong and good quality. Brilliant value for money.
Can genuinely recommend this. Our free-ranging hens have really taken to the small hide house as their nest box. Buying another, so they don’t have to queue when they want to lay. Very smart design, which means we can check for eggs without difficulty. And - once tethered - it copes with our occasional strong winds, too.
Delivery was quick, cage erected as per the plan. Except I fitted the door to open on the left, so the two door catches that are supplied are on back to front, could do with being interchangeable. No big deal the cage went to get her very easy. Bought to stop birds and squirrels getting at our veg and fruit patch.

New upgraded cover with better Velcro and air vents.
All good. My only feedback would be that the Velcro tab nearest the door latch is on the wrong place. Everything else from service to quality looks good so far.
